Now probably this is the only casino in Jo'burg so maybe this review won't affect their demand, but they can add some zing to their service.
One instance where I was personally involved was - I lost a few 100 chips in mid of shuffling between tables. The supervisor who came to help was not interested in helping, rather vaguely said that its common for people to lose chips, and they can't check cameras for this reason.
It almost looked he was high, as one can't expect such response from supervisor level. Rest of staff was also callous.
A perfectly avoidable place, unless you want to lose money while dealing with uninterested staff.
