When I called the rebate company, the CSR was impatient and was very rude to me and told me that the promotional period has ended and she cannot reissue anything, and there is nothing she can do. 3 rebates over $100 all lost. Other Thoughts: - DO NOT BUY. Lousy device, hence free after MIR, and the rebate never come. Newegg, if you want to do rebate, do it yourself or with reputable company.
That company is screwing you and stealing your money. Personally I would never buy another product with rebate processed by 'Newegg' or its outsourced company again. Or at least I would not waste time sending it the rebate. Just more hassle and no chance of getting anything anyway.
